We provide the following services to our clients:

• Preparation and submission of trademark application(s)
• Monitoring of application processing
• Response to Non-Final Office Actions and other correspondence

Literal elements (names) and logos are trademarked separately. Pricing depends on the number of classifications (products and/or services) your proposed trademark covers. Pricing including government fee starts at $700.00 plus tax for one trademark/one goods and services classification. Additional government fees charged per goods and services classification. 

***Due to an unprecedented number of Americans starting businesses and creating intellectual property, processing times at the United States Patent and Trademark Office have substantially increased. ***  

• The examining attorney reviews trademark application approximately nine (9) months after application is received. 
• Examining attorney will generally request feedback through a “Non-Final Office Action”. 
• Once feedback is received either additional feedback will be requested or it is approved for publishing for opposition which is a 30-day period. 
• Once opposition period is cleared approximately seven weeks will elapse before trademark registration is finalized in either the Principal Register or Supplemental Register.
